Huda Beauty relaunches its cult Rose Gold Palette and now our summer looks are sorted
Beauty obsessives, brace yourselves – one of the biggest cult products to have hit the makeup world in recent years is relaunching with new improved formulas and features, just in time for summer. The Rose Gold Palette by Huda Beauty, which was a huge hit with cosmetics junkies thanks to its array of pink-toned eyeshadow shades but was sadly discontinued, will be on sale again from 22 May – and this time it’s promising to be even better. The Rose Gold Palette ReMastered will include updated shades and formulas including a “melted metal finish” and some “super intense mattes”.
The remastered palette comes with an amazing array of shades
The brand’s founder, blogger Huda Kattan, made the announcement on her Instagram account on Monday night. She shared a snap of the new product’s packaging, and wrote underneath: “We want to reintroduce our Rose Gold Palette, with completely new and never seen before formulas, listening to everything you guys wanted! From SUPER intense mattes & incredibly creamy pigmented foils, we are sooooo excited to reveal to you our Rose Gold ReMastered Palette.”
In a more detailed blog post, Huda explained that she had had to finance the original product herself, and so scrimped on details such as packaging in order to make sure the eyeshadow formulas were the best they could be. “Once we knew it was something people really loved, my team and I decided to start completely remastering the formulas, taking into account EVERYTHING that EVERYONE said,” she explained. “For instance, things like, ‘We want a mirror’… but also comments asking for a pigment that could work with a brush, and more buttery mattes.”

The product is set to retail for £54 when it goes on sale in a week’s time. It’s not the only eye makeup product making its way to the top of our wish list in time for summer, either . Glossier – the millennial beauty company loved by Beyoncé and Holly Willoughby – has recently produced Lash Slick, and the internet is going crazy over it. The £14 mascara promises to create baby extensions that lift, curl and hold all day. With this and the new palette together, our holiday looks are sorted!
